I want to learn to play backgammon.
Really looking forward to getting home today. Can’t stop clock watching!
Just got ambushed by my godmother at work. I wish she would let me know when she was coming. Like an alarm maybe…..

Very pleased Castle is back on the telly and is doing a marvalous job of distracting me from the cherry pie in the fridge.
I just remembered something that happend in high school.
It was break time and we were in our form room and this girl, who was on her own, started crying. Everyone was concerned because it was out of blue. Eventually she said she was crying be cause she felt that no one liked her.
Of course everyone starts saying that isn’t true, that they do like her etc
I just remember think ” you...

Sister just text me to find out about plans for our Mum’s birthday and like a badass I’ve got it covered. Yeah.
It’s taken me an hour to get home tonight thanks to a fire alarm at Oxford Circus.
Today has been rather shit in general.
However, to cheer myself up, I splurged at Urban Outfitters.
*sigh of relief*
I intend on doing some serious shopping soon…plus I’ve got a certain soon to be birthday girl to think of.

I’m so cold.
My ice cream is so frozen I can’t get any out! Argh!
So far
The best thing about being home is still being in pj’s at 3.45pm.

I get to dog sit my neighbors French Bull Dog Puppy tomorrow.
His name is Bonaparte.
I am ridiculously excited.
I've been home less the 24 hours...
and I’ve already nearly knocked over the coffee pot and made a mess in the kitchen. I’m SO CLUMSY!

Amsterdam day 5 -The Hague
Its been abother dismal day here weather wise but The Hague was beautiful and probably my favourite part of this trip so far. It is true that it is a far more chilled out place. Amsterdam feels quite frenetic by comparison. The Hauge is also far better signposted which was a blessing as the maps we got were crap.
We took in an exhibition on Escher that Natalie recommended. She really knows me...

Amsterdam day 4
Today was as equally long as yesterday but not so taxing.
We went to the Anne Frank house in the morning and it was strangely brilliant and very sad. I really wish I had gone there when I was at school and were studying the diary. I understand that logisticaly it would have been difficult but it would have been profound. We also took in some more Jewish history at a church just off Dam Square....
